- Finely chop the shallots

 - Pour the canned tomatoes into a bowl and crush the tomatoes with your hand

 - Crushed tomatoes
 - Fennel seeds
 
- Add a lot of olive oil to a hot pan (5/9)
 - Add shallots and after a min the garlic
 - Add fennel seeds and saute
 - Add crushed tomatoes and let it simmer
 - Season to taste
 - Add basil
 
Stracciatella
Ingredients:
- Boiling water
 - Burrata
 
- Place the burrata in a bowl and open it
 - Add boiling water and mix
 
Pasta
Ingredients:
- Boiling water
 - Pasta
 
- Cook according to instructions
 
Mix
Ingredients:
- Cooked pasta
 - Parmesan
 - Sauce
 - Stracciatella
 
- Add pasta to the sauce
 - Grate the Parmesan into the sauce and mix
 - Plate, add stracciatella, grate Parmesan over, and a dash of olive oil
